Cleveland Metroparks Zoo

Cleveland Metroparks Zoo was established in 1882 and basically situated in Wade Park near University Circle. First animals, namely Ohio deer were devoted by Philanthropist, Jeptha Wade and by Cleveland businessman. Firstly, the Zoo was assigned to local, domestic animals. Later, the creatures are involved from all around the world. It's a interesting collection of animals from all around the world.

Cleveland Lakefront State Park

Department of Natural Resources established Cleveland Lakefront State Park in 1978 at the request of Cleveland city. It was built under a lease agreement between the city and the department. The agreement states that the state, which funds for improving the Cleveland lakefront parks, will be responsible for the development, improvement and maintenance of the park areas along the shores of Lake Erie including Euclid Beach and Edgewater Park.

Cleveland's Rockefeller Park

The Rockefeller Park in Cleveland is the only national park which focuses on conservation history and the evolving nature of land stewardship in America. It was opened in 1998 and is one of the best parks in Cleveland.

Take a walk through one of Vermont’s most striking landscapes, under the shadow of sugar maples and 400-year-old hemlocks, alongside rambling stone walls and across covered bridges.

Cleveland Botanical Gardens

Cleveland Botanical Garden has been one of Northeast Ohio’s treasures since seventy-five years. It features beautiful amenities and innovative programming. It is a haven for those who live in the city; a catalyst for urban revitalization; a laboratory for teachers, students and researchers; a source of information and motivation for gardeners; a remedial presence for those with special needs. In recent years, it has become national head in urban horticulture, environmental education and horticulture therapy.
